When's your simcha?
Pick your date first. Tablecloths rotate week to week, so we'll show you exactly what's free for your date — then you can browse and reserve. We take reservations up to three months ahead (through Friday, Dec 18, 2026).
Pickup is the Wednesday or Thursday before your simcha, and reservations for a pickup week close at noon that Tuesday — after that the cloths for the week are already spoken for and pulled. The soonest date we can take right now is Thursday, Sep 24, 2026. For anything sooner, email Inwoodgemach@gmail.com.
There's also a limit on how many simchas the gemach lends to in any one week, so a busy week can fill up and close early. Those dates are grayed out too — if the week you need is gone, email and ask.
The gemach lends only in the Five Towns, Far Rockaway and the surrounding neighborhoods.
We're sorry, but we can't accommodate a simcha further out than that. The turnaround is very quick — cloths go out Wednesday or Thursday and are due back with us the Tuesday after — and the ones that travel further don't make it home in time for the next borrower. If you're close by and not sure whether you count, email and ask.
